Zusammenfassung

Moove AV in Singapore is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Fleet Deployment and Readiness to own fleet health end to end. You will ensure every vehicle leaving the depot is diagnosed, deployment-ready, and performing to standard.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive FD&R performance, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to maximize vehicles in service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fleet maintenance or related technical field (AV experience preferred).
• Proven leadership in developing vehicle technicians in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure.
• Proven project management skills with a record of successful execution.
• Operational expertise in triaging work orders and managing vehicle flow with partners.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.
• Valid Singapore driving license maintained throughout employment.
• Based in Singapore and able to work onsite daily.

Aufgaben

• Fleet Health & Deployment Strategy: Develop and implement fleet health strategies aligned with goals and tech advances.
• Deployment Readiness: Assess readiness and performance for deployment across sites.
• Technical Leadership: Lead diagnostic initiatives to maintain fleet health and enable upgrades.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze fleet data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product teams and Ride Hailing Ops managers to improve fleet performance.
• Fleet Coordination: Coordinate with AVOMs to maximize vehicles in service.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee third-party vendor relationships to ensure standards.
