Job summary

Qualifications

Must have 3+ years of technical experience in Automotive (Electric Mobility) and HV battery solutions or aftersales service operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Strong communication, cross-functional coordination and data analytics skills.
Independent, resourceful with proactive attitude.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Appointment of service dealers in assigned countries with HQ requirements.
Manage workload, improve processes, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and handle variations and invoicing.
Ensure spare parts and tools availability by coordinating with agents and inventory planning.
Meet customer needs, build proactive relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Provide on-site or remote technical training to dealers or OEM customers.
Coordinate quality, systems, and emergency issues with related departments.
