Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a role focused on the daily operation and maintenance of the computerized control system within a GMP/EHS-compliant environment. You will develop maintenance procedures, support audits, and drive improvements to ensure product quality and factory safety.

The candidate will lead automation projects for new builds and renovations, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee project safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Industrial automation or related majors.
• Proficient in configuration, programming, commissioning and maintenance of industrial automatic control.
• Strong ability to design independent control schemes, troubleshoot and optimize systems in production lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the computerized control system.
• Develop and manage maintenance procedures to ensure safety and reliability of the control system.
• Ensure GMP/EHS compliance and support audits (QA/EHS).
• Formulate and improve maintenance procedures to ensure normal operation, product quality and factory safety.
• Oversee automation control system construction for new projects and renovations, manage budget and progress.
• Coordinate automation system suppliers and construction to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct deviation surveys related to the control system to prevent recurrence.
• Review change requests to control systems and mitigate impacts.
• Develop automation transformation plans based on daily errors and efficiency improvements.
• Design framework and test plans for new workshop control systems and coordinate commissioning work.
• Review documents and manage archiving of automatic system records.
• Establish and optimize operation processes and train staff.

Job description

• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the computerized control system




• Develop and manage maintenance procedures to ensure the safety and reliability of the computerized control system for continuous optimization and improvement to ensure product quality and sites safety.




• Ensure the computerized control system complies with the company's GMP/EHS requirements and is well implemented, supporting important audits such as QA or EHS.




• Responsible for formulating and improving the maintenance procedures of the automatic control system to ensure the normal operation of the factory and production, and ensure the product quality and factory safety.




• Manage the construction of automation control system for new construction projects and workshop renovation projects, control the budget and project progress, and meet automation requirement.




• Manage relevant automation control system suppliers and construction to ensure project quality and operation safety.




• Conduct deviation surveys related to the computerized control system on the workshop to solve the problem, and to prevent the recurrence of the problem.




• Review requests for changes to computerized control systems, assess quality and safety impacts, and implement required actions to mitigate change impacts.




• Able to develop automation transformation plans based on daily human errors and efficiency improvements summarized in the workshop.




• Formulate the design framework and test plan of the new workshop control system, to ensure that the control system of the new workshop can be launched on time, arrange manpower to cooperate with the commissioning work, and be able to find and solve the problems, founded in the commissioning Phase.




• Documents review, registration and archiving management of the automatic system to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the records.




• Establish and optimize the operation process of the relevant control system, train and ensure strict implementation, report and solve problems in a timely manner.




• Bachelor degree or above in Industrial automation and other related majors




• Proficient in configuration, programming, commissioning and maintenance of industrial automatic control




• Good capability in independent control scheme design, troubleshooting and system optimization, with full-process experience in production line automation projects.
