Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd seeks a dynamic Business Manager to support the Head of Sales in steering daily dealership operations, driving performance, and delivering operational excellence across Sales, Finance, Aftersales, Marketing, and Branch Operations.

You will translate business strategy into action, lead high-performing teams, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or automotive management.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in automotive dealership or retail.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales management, financial performance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch’s daily operations, including Sales, Service, and Administration.
• Act as the Head of Sales' delegate during absences to ensure continuity.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through sales strategies and KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, compliance, and cross‑functional workflow efficiency.
• Mentor Branch Managers and Sales Leaders to strengthen leadership and performance.
