Job summary

CarTimes Automobile Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager with deep expertise in finance operations and a passion for process improvement. You will engage operational teams to redesign inefficient processes and drive scalable growth across dealerships.

You'll oversee daily finance operations, lead a team, and partner with branches to provide financial guidance, promote data-driven decision making, and ensure accurate reporting for internal and group stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years in finance with 3–4 years in leadership.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily finance operations including showroom and workshop reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and local accounting standards.
Manage month-end closing activities, audit preparations, and annual financial statements across multiple business units.
Analyse performance across business segments and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for internal and group stakeholders.
