Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and networking devices.
• Hands-on TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network monitoring skills.
• Audio engineering skills for recording, editing and mixing.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Experience with MOE/education environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to staff and students.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, smartboards, iPads, printers, and peripherals.
• Support audio recording studio and audio track production.
• Record and proctor video sessions during examinations.
• Manage classroom smartboards and device management.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
