Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an AV/Multimedia Support Officer for a school in Singapore. You will provide technical support for lessons, exams, events, and function lighting and sound, set up rooms, and assist with live streaming and video conferencing.

You will work with the ICT team, manage AV equipment inventory, train staff and students, and oversee maintenance and asset checks while coordinating with school leaders on AV needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in school AV support or equivalent.
• Experience in live events or concerts in school.
• Experience managing AV assets and maintenance.
• Experience training staff or students on AV equipment.
• Experience handling AV/ICT equipment in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV/Multimedia technical support to staff for lessons, exams, meetings and events.
• Set up AV facilities in rooms and venues for lectures and events.
• Set up and perform live streaming and video-conferencing.
• Plan and implement AV/Multimedia operating procedures in the school.
• Advise on AV equipment and related software purchases.
• Collaborate with ICT team on AV/Multimedia requirements.
• Provide staff and student training on AV/Multimedia facilities.
• Maintain AV/Multimedia equipment inventory and servicing.
• Manage loans and asset checks; assist sourcing for procurements.
• Project management of AV/Multimedia works.
