Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a technically proficient AV Assistant to support the school’s AV operations, events and ICT activities. You will set up, operate and dismantle AV equipment for lessons, meetings and events.

The role requires a Diploma in AV or related field and about two years of relevant experience. You will provide on-site support, assist with live streaming and hybrid events, manage equipment inventory, and train staff and students on AV tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in AV, Media, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant AV or events experience.
• Experience in multimedia, photography, videography and video editing.
• Familiar with common AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
• Basic troubleshooting and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and dismantle AV equipment for lessons, meetings and events.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot AV and connectivity issues.
• Support live streaming, video recording, photography and hybrid/virtual events.
• Manage and maintain AV equipment, inventory and safety procedures.
• Provide basic training to staff and students on AV tools and equipment.
• Support school events and perform other AV-related duties as assigned.
