Job summary

Thales Singapore invites applications for a Test Engineering / Verification & Validation role focused on an international ATM solution. You will design and execute verification and validation activities across the project lifecycle, coordinating with suppliers and customers.

The position requires strong domain knowledge in ATM, solid testing practices and the ability to mentor teams. You will work in Suntec Tower, Singapore, contributing to V&V activities, test documentation, and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Test Engineering / Test Analyst experience on large, real-time software systems.
• Experience in Verification and Validation of Air Traffic Management solutions.
• Experience with ATM domains: Airspace, Coordination, ATM HMI, Inter-partition, Adaptation/Configuration.
• ISTQB and SAFe experience or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify the solution against Functional Baseline requirements and validate fitness for purpose per Operational Concepts.
• Design and execute test procedures and scenarios; contribute to VCRM.
• Lead and participate in requirement analysis workshops and test-readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and report progress against plans and budgets.
• Maintain and retest procedures; document test results and defects; support defect management.
