Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking a Safety Engineer to support air traffic management safety assessment and certification projects in Singapore. You will plan and carry out ATM safety assessments, lead hazard identification workshops, and conduct FHA and FTA analyses.

You will also perform operational risk assessments, develop Safety Cases, and manage safety assurance across the project lifecycle, applying ICAO, EUROCONTROL methods and industry standards daily.

Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of ATM safety engineering experience.
• Experience in ATM safety assessments and certification projects.
• Knowledge of ICAO Annex 11 and ICAO Doc 9859.
• Knowledge of EUROCONTROL Safety Assessment Methodology.
• Familiar with ARP4754A, ARP4761A, DO-278/ED-12 and ED-153.
• Hands-on experience with FTA, FHA, Safety Case development and hazard identification workshops.
• Experience in safety assurance management and operational risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out ATM safety assessments and support certification projects.
• Lead hazard identification workshops with operational and technical teams.
• Conduct FHA (Functional Hazard Assessments) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis).
• Perform operational risk assessments and recommend ways to reduce risk.
• Develop and maintain Safety Cases.
• Manage safety assurance activities across the project lifecycle.
• Apply ICAO and EUROCONTROL safety methods and industry standards in daily work.
• Work with stakeholders to track safety requirements and close out issues.
