Job summary

FSK Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Engineer with a strong background in semiconductor testing and ATE to join a cross‑functional SQM function within an advanced semiconductor solutions business.

You will assess supplier processes, review test programmes and drive improvements across external semiconductor test partners, supporting wafer sort, final test, burn‑in and reliability activities with internal R&D and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Additional certification in Six Sigma, supplier quality, IATF 16949 or VDA auditing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical quality interface between the organization and external semiconductor test suppliers.
• Review and assess supplier test methodologies, test-program implementation and production test controls.
• Evaluate supplier performance across yield, quality, reliability, test escapes and production stability.
• Establish and monitor supplier quality indicators such as test yield, PPM, test escapes and burn‑in fallout.
• Conduct regular technical and quality reviews with key suppliers and drive improvements.
• Work with internal teams and suppliers to resolve test-program or test‑process issues.
• Lead or support investigations into test‑related quality issues using RCA/8D/DOE/DMAIC.
• Support NPI/test‑process readiness and qualification with R&D and operations.
