Job summary

Recruitmatic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Supplier Quality Management professional to lead QA for wafer sort, Burn-In, and Final Test suppliers. You will set KPIs, drive 8D problem solving, and coordinate with R&D and operations on test specifications and FA reports.

The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor supplier quality with automotive exposure, strong DFT knowledge, and ISO/automotive standard experience. Expect global supplier interactions and proactive quality leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or related discipline.
• Certification (Six sigma black belt, IATF/VDA auditor) preferred.
• 7+ years in semiconductor supplier quality or test engineering; 3+ years in automotive semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor test flows, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
• Hands-on with DFT concepts and test-coverage review (scan/ATPG, memory/logic BIST, boundary-scan/JTAG).
• Experience with Burn-In and High-Voltage Stress for automotive products; data analysis and investigations.
• Experience with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, AEC-Q100 requirements; reliability labs and FA support.
• Proven ability to work with OSAT suppliers and improve supplier quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a supplier quality management system for wafer sort, Burn-In, and Final Test suppliers.
• Define and track supplier quality KPIs (Yield, PPM, test escapes, reliability failures).
• Lead root cause analysis and 8D actions for test-related issues; ensure robust containment and PCA.
• Coordinate with R&D and operations to approve test specs, correlation studies, and FA reports.
• Validate readiness for NPI and new components; review DFT implementation for test coverage.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce test escapes and field returns; share best practices.
• Maintain audit records, PPAP packaging, reliability data, FA reports, and supplier dashboards.
