Interpath Advisory in Singapore is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to work on a broad range of Restructuring, Advisory, and Insolvency engagements. The role involves handling corporate insolvency appointments, providing restructuring advisory for underperforming businesses, and conducting cash flow management. Candidates should possess a strong academic background in Accountancy, Business, or Law, and have effective communication skills. Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional services, ideally at a Big 4 firm or boutique.
• Fluent business-level English and Cantonese or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle all forms of corporate insolvency appointments.
• Provide restructuring advisory for underperforming businesses.
• Support turnaround initiatives, including cost reduction.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and management.
