Job summary

Amethyst Partners, an international service provider specializing in regulatory compliance advisory, is seeking a Senior Associate to be based in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering compliance solutions to funds and asset management clients within a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a team to provide advisory services including license applications, regulatory reporting, and program support, while staying updated on evolving regulations and industry developments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of regulatory compliance experience in consultancy firms / audit firms / regulators / buyside asset management firms
• Good understanding of asset management industry
• Candidates from audit background with fund exposure will be considered
• Good client servicing and communication skills
• Motivated, meticulous, team-player

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to manage a portfolio of fund management clients to provide them compliance solutions and services
• Provide compliance advisory services such as license applications, compliance program support, regulatory reporting etc
• Handle compliance assignments and ensure completion that meet clients’ timelines and quality standards
• Assist in drafting and reviewing proposals and letters of engagement to clients
• Keep abreast of the latest regulatory requirements and industry updates
• Other ad-hoc compliance duties as necessary

Their clients are mainly in the financial services industry including asset management such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, payment solutions etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for Senior Associate, Regulatory Compliance and the position is based in Singapore.
