Job summary

NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking an Associate End User Compute TS Systems Integration Specialist. This entry-level role will learn to work with the TS Systems Integration team on configurations, installations, and handle break/fix events that are less complex.

You will collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements and support senior engineers while progressing toward associate-level certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Entry-level experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to End-User Compute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies listed (AD, M365/O365, Exchange Online, SCCM, Intune, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Learns to own portions of installations, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.
• Works with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Configures and installs less complex configurations and deployments.
• Addresses less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
• Provides support and works alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior engineers.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
