Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a financial reporting analyst for a 6-month maternity cover at Changi Airport, offering a hybrid work arrangement with work-from-home days on Monday and Tuesday.

You will prepare recurring financial and operational reports, optimise Excel workflows, and develop automated reporting templates to support finance and business needs. Strong Excel, Power Query, and SAP skills are required, along with attention to detail and independent work habits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in finance, accounting, business, data, or related field.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query — building, maintaining, and troubleshooting queries and data transformations.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to data and testing.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within fixed timeframes.
• Clear communication across finance and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational tracking reports, including cash flow and budget monitoring schedules.
• Optimise existing Excel reports to run faster and more efficiently — reducing manual steps, improving formulas, and restructuring data models where needed.
• Build new automated reporting functions and templates to support finance and business reporting needs.
• Document report logic and refresh procedures so processes are repeatable and can be handed over at contract end.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring reports are accurate and reconciled to source systems.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and support as required.

Job Details:

• Contract : 6 months (Maternity Cover)

• Working Hours: Mon-Thurs - 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm, (Friday) 30 mins less than other working days

• Work From Home: Monday / Tuesday

• Location: Changi Airport

• Salary Range: UP to $4,000

Job Scope:
