Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Reporting Analyst for a 6-month maternity cover based at Changi Airport. The role requires advanced Excel, Power Query, and SAP experience to optimise and automate financial and operational reports.

You will prepare recurring reports, reconcile data, and document procedures, with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFH). The contract offers up to SGD 4,000 monthly, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in finance, accounting, business, data, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query — building, maintaining, and troubleshooting queries and data transformations.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to data and testing.
• Ability to work independently, pick up existing processes quickly, and deliver within a fixed timeframe.
• Clear communication skills for working across finance and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational tracking reports, including cash flow and budget monitoring schedules.
• Optimise existing Excel reports to run faster and more efficiently — reducing manual steps, improving formulas, and restructuring data models where needed.
• Build new automated reporting functions and templates to support finance and business reporting needs.
• Document report logic and refresh procedures so that processes are repeatable and can be cleanly handed over at the end of the contract.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring reports are accurate and reconciled to source systems.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and support as required.

• Working Hours: Mon-Thurs - 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm, (Friday) 30 mins less than other working days
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2days WFH)

• Salary Range: UP to $4,000
