Mallesons LLP in Singapore seeks a lawyer with at least 4 years of experience to join the Energy, Resources, and Infrastructure team, serving as our APAC hub for Asia. The role focuses on development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure assets, including power and data centre projects across SE Asia and the broader APAC region.

You will draft high-quality documents covering the full lifecycle of projects, handle M&A, joint ventures, and cross-border investments, and

Formación

• At least 4 years' experience in private practice or in-house roles on energy, resources and infrastructure.
• Experience with SE Asia and North Asia energy projects and data centre developments is preferred.
• Strong project management and ability to draft comprehensive project lifecycle documents.
• Excellent analytical, communication and research skills.
• Commitment to client service and relationship management; able to develop practice growth.
• APAC-wide perspective and collaboration across regional offices.
• Recognised common law qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and document full lifecycle of energy, resources and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with joint ventures and early project participation arrangements.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border investments.
• Support regulatory and corporate advisory for clients.
• Coordinate with APAC offices and local counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
