Job summary

Mallesons in Singapore is seeking a lawyer with at least 4 years of experience to join the Energy, Resources, and Infrastructure team, serving as our Asia hub. The role covers development, acquisition and financing of energy and infrastructure assets across SE Asia and APAC.

You will advise on M&A, project structuring, joint ventures, and regulatory matters while collaborating with other practice groups across our network.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in energy, resources, and infrastructure matters in private practice or in-house.
• Experience with SE Asia and APAC energy/infrastructure projects including data centres and energy assets.
• Strong drafting skills covering project lifecycle: structure, JV/governance, and M&A.
