Swift Search Global Pte Ltd's client, a reputable financial institution in Singapore, seeks an experienced Senior Associate to support credit collection, debt recovery and reporting activities. You will manage overdue accounts, coordinate recovery actions and assist with daily operations.

In this role you will liaise with lawyers, repossession agents and internal teams to minimize delinquencies, prepare write-off papers and provide clear MAS and CBS reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of credit collection or credit control experience within a financial institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Analytical, meticulous and resourceful in resolving issues.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and their practical workplace applications.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on overdue accounts to minimise delinquency and prevent accounts from becoming non-performing loans (NPLs).
• Coordinate with lawyers, repossession agents and property agents on recovery actions for SM and NPL accounts.
• Follow through on the sale of repossessed collateral.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and collection discussions professionally.
• Review and report monthly SM/NPL projections and recovery progress to the Head of Department.
• Prepare write-off papers and documentation required under applicable regulatory requirements, ESG requirements and internal policies.
• Support team supervision and ensure daily activities comply with established SOPs.
• Provide full settlement quotations to dealers and customers.
• Maintain accurate data for MAS submissions and internal reports.
• Prepare management presentation materials, highlighting account trends, recovery performance and emerging risks.
• Coordinate equipment inspections and collateral valuations.
• Verify and reconcile GIRO and CPF payments in the system.
• Validate CBS data for monthly uploads.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements.
