Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is recruiting for an Analytics & Strategy role in FinTech. The successful candidate will design and run tests to optimize collection strategies, build MIS reports using SQL, and analyze portfolio trends to drive actions for improvement.

You'll also lead deep-dives for Risk and business stakeholders, develop segmentation and treatment strategies for Consumer and SME loans, and collaborate with Risk, Operations, Product and Technology to enhance processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and run Champion vs. Challenger tests to continuously improve collection strategies and recovery outcomes
• Build and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) tracking portfolio performance and productivity, using SQL primarily
• Analyze portfolio trends and collection effectiveness to identify where performance can improve, and translate findings into action
• Lead ad-hoc deep-dives to answer emerging questions from Risk and business stakeholders
• Develop segmentation and treatment strategies for Consumer and SME loan portfolios across the full recovery spectrum — from early-stage outreach to field visits, legal action, and outsourced partners
• Support debt resolution programs, including structuring restructuring and settlement options for customers
• Shape capacity planning to ensure the right resources are in place to execute strategy effectively
• Coordinate with internal legal teams on recovery actions requiring escalation
• Set and monitor KPIs for external agency partners, holding them accountable to service standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology to enhance processes and systems
