Responsibilities

• Manage existing facilities and implement new ideas to elevate the Changi Experience, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events from activations to installations, handling logistics and budgets.
• Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Sell and manage venue spaces for corporate events, product launches, and other special functions.
• Coordinate overnight setups when required to minimize disruption to airport operations.

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team focused on enhancing the passenger experience within the aviation industry. As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Experience Creation , you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative concepts that not only wow our passengers but also solidify Changi Airport's reputation as the world's most awarded airport.

Core Responsibilities

• Experience Management & Creation: Work closely with the manager and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to manage existing facilities and implement new ideas that elevate the Changi Experience . You will be responsible for creating memorable moments for passengers, ensuring their journey through the airport is seamless and engaging. Planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ranging from small-scale activations to large, high-profile installations. This includes managing all logistical aspects, from vendor relationships and budget oversight to on-site coordination.
• Sales and Business Development: Actively sell and manage the booking of venue spaces for corporate events, product launches, and other special functions. You will be responsible for client engagement, contract negotiation, and ensuring a smooth and successful event for the client.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for developing project timelines, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Overnight Setups: As needed, you will be required to work overnight shifts to manage the setup and takedown of events and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations and passenger flow.
