Job summary

Vallan Partners Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate Architect registered with BOA to lead project teams through design and delivery. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and regulators, oversee technical documentation, and mentor junior staff while delivering mixed-use, infrastructure and large-scale urban projects.

An ideal candidate has 10–15 years of architectural experience and a strong track record in leadership and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of architectural experience.
• Strong design and project leadership capabilities.
• Experience in mixed-use and/or infrastructure projects.
• BOA registration in Singapore would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams, resources and deliverables.
• Overseeing technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and regulatory stakeholders.
• Supporting statutory submissions and compliance requirements.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
