Job summary

You will collaborate with the Project Director and technical teams to align design with execution, manage design presentations, and oversee BIM workflows. The role requires 8–10 years local project experience, SIA or equivalent contracts, BOA license is an advantage, and willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• 8–10 years local project experience for senior associate/associate
• Experience in managing SIA or other forms of contracts
• Knowledge of local permitting processes and latest codes
• Willing to travel to attend meetings and visit projects
• BOA license holder is an advantage; familiarity with regional building codes

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project execution to meet objectives and quality standards
• Collaborate with Project Director, Associate Director, Technical Director and teams to align design and execution
• Manage day-to-day activities including design presentations, authorities submissions, and project correspondence
• Oversee BIM processes, provide training, and coordinate interfaces to optimize digital workflows
• Coordinate with consultants and lead project and site meetings for alignment and quality control
• Guide and mentor senior staff in preparing construction documents and drawings
