Job summary

LOOK Architects Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Architect to lead design and project management for large-scale projects, with a focus on local high-rise residential work. You will oversee design development, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure on-site progress aligns with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a recognized Architecture degree, BOA registration, BIM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor junior staff and maintain design

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture; BOA registration preferred.
• BOA-registered Architect with 8+ years experience.
• Registrable Architect with 5+ years experience may apply.
• Experience in BIM projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
• Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Familiar with Public Projects Contracts (PSSCOC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and PM of large-scale projects, preferably local high-rise residential.
• Develop construction details and design development.
• Liaise, coordinate and lead consultants and contractors.
• Oversee on-site progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications.
