Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Sr. Associate Contract Management to support contract management activities across APAC. The Contract Manager will oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and partnering with Legal, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to enable efficient deal execution.

This role reports to the APAC Contract Management Leader and forms part of the global Contract Management team within the Legal, Risk, Sustainability and Compliance department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and commercial agreements.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CLM platforms (preferably Conga).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and execution of agreements, including MSAs, Service Orders, and amendments.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support internal and external audits related to contract processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support deal structuring and timelines.
• Champion the use and optimization of CLM systems and data governance.
