Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Business / Finance or the equivalent with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Process Redesign, Microsoft Productivity suite (Ms Office, MS PowerAutomate) and other analytical software.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• Experience in statistical analytic tools is an advantage.
• Experience in programming/coding (SQL, VBA, RPA) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct population/patient profile analysis and projections to identify market demand and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain visualization tools and dashboards to provide data insights.
• Serve as SME in developing/supporting analytical/visualisation tools/dashboards for healthcare.
• Ensure documentation and testing of new systems and processes, including training on updates.
• Master subject matter expertise in patient data sources and reporting per MOH policies.
• Collaborate with Data Protection Office to strengthen controls and PDPA compliance.

Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities: Analytics and Performance Management

• Support organisational strategic planning through data-driven analytics and insights by conducting current and future-state population/patient profile analysis and projections to identify market demand, growth opportunities and potential challenges and solutions
• Support the organization’s needs for access to data insights through the development and maintenance of appropriate visualization tools and dashboards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert in the development/support of new analytical/visualisation tools/dashboards for the public healthcare landscape.
• Ensure completeness in documentation and testing for all new systems and process workflows developed, including training on all new/updated processes.
• Master subject matter expertise in all areas relating to patient data sources and reporting in accordance with MOH policies.
• Partner with Data Protection Office to develop and improve on existing controls and processes in compliance with PDPA Act;

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Business / Finance or the equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in business processes and systems in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
