Job summary

GOODWOOD PARK HOTEL SINGAPORE is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee operations across guest floors, public areas, linen room, and laundry, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.

You will conduct regular meetings, coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance, and supervise staff performance while maintaining hygiene and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the hotel industry.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Able to start within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping activities on guest floors, public areas, uniform, linen room and laundry.
• Conduct weekly meetings with supervisors and monthly meetings with room attendants.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room and maintenance work.
• Interview and select suitable candidates for the department and monitor staff performance.
