Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is recruiting on behalf of a Global MNC in the Semiconductor industry for an Engineer Technician in Singapore. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, at our Kent Ridge location.

The candidate will perform electro-mechanical technical functions including test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting and assembly, maintain tools and equipment, handle testing and assembly, and read electrical/mechanical diagrams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Microelectronics.
• Experience in Wafer Fab, Testing, Troubleshooting.
• Available to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical technical functions with test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting and assembly.
• Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the Tools and Equipment.
• Handling testing and assembled equipment.
• Working schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layout or plan to perform routine testing and troubleshooting.
• Understanding electrical/mechanical diagrams and drawings.
• Familiar with current manufacturing and engineering processes.
