You will validate data, reconcile payrolls, collaborate with vendors, and drive process improvements across regional operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on processing, problem-solving, and strong system skills to handle complex payroll cases with minimal escalation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of payroll processing experience in the Asia region.
• Experience working for a multinational/high-growth company.
• Solid understanding of statutory payroll requirements, taxes, social security and government reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll data for Asia countries to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform pre- and post-processing data checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to troubleshoot issues and meet SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and country-specific regulations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via case management tools.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and update documentation.
• Support payroll-related projects and testing activities in the ASIA region.
