Datadog is seeking a leader to manage our payroll engineering function across multiple countries. You will oversee payroll system deployments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive AI-enabled process improvements in a hybrid work model.

The role demands deep payroll knowledge across regions, data analytics skills, and the ability to lead a cross-functional team in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of payroll regulations across multiple countries (Singapore, India, Indonesia ideal).
• Experience with setting up, configuring, and deploying payroll systems in new countries.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for large datasets and formulas.
• Familiarity with SOX requirements as applicable to payroll.
• AI tools to streamline repetitive or high-volume payroll tasks.
