Job summary

MCC Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural works and ensure the design intent is accurately executed on-site. You will coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to keep construction aligned with design specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, communicating design clarifications, implementing changes on-site, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of construction coordination or architectural experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.

Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.
• Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects is an advantage.
• Must be able to show experience in construction administration, document production and design experience.
• Must be proficient in REVIT with experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs required.
