Job summary

KOE Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Coordination professional for a high-rise project in Singapore. You will lead site coordination with all trades, prepare submittals, ensure construction aligns with contract drawings, and plan architectural works with other disciplines.

You will liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and QA/QC teams, implement QC plans, monitor materials, conduct inspections, and review shop drawings and submittals. Travel to project sites around Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years’ experience on high-rise building projects.
• Able to lead subcontractors for smooth progress, high quality and minimal defects.
• QM project completion and Coretrade foreman registration preferred.
• Good knowledge of architectural specs and BCA quality requirements.
• Willing to travel to project site offices in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead in site coordination with all trades.
• Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, and MOS.
• Ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Plan architectural works and micro-scheduling with other disciplines.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and related parties.
• Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
• Procurement and monitoring of architectural materials.
• Carry out inspections, trade demos, material testing, and mock-ups.
• Verify tiles/walls according to setting-out plan.
• Review VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and reviews of submittals.
• Check TOP list and RI (Arch) compliance.
• Update arch progress with scheduling tools.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe environment.

• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Planning of Arch. Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
• Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
• Procurement and Monitoring of Arch. related materials.
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
• To ensure tiles/walls lay according to setting out plan.
• To verify VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
• Attend to archi materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
• To update Arch. progress with scheduling tools.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil or a related discipline.
• Relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg: NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting).
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a high-rise building project.
• Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
• Preferably completed QM project and registered as Coretrade foremen.
• Good knowledge of archi specs and BCA quality requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
