Job summary

cutech quality solutions pte. ltd. seeks an experienced professional to lead project coordination for large-scale construction.

You will synthesize data from Common Data Environments and EDMS, review BIM models, and assess RFI/RFA statuses to identify risks and ensure project alignment with requirements. You will interpret technical drawings and specifications, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and present findings through executive-level dashboards using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data interpretation and ability to synthesize information from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and reviewing BIM models and EDMS statuses.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels; independent yet team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.
• Interpret technical drawings, specs and requirements; review BIM models and EDMS statuses.
• Review RFIs/RFAs and other project statuses; monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across all levels and drive issue resolution.
• Negotiate with CAM, and other stakeholders; present findings effectively.
• Prepare executive-level presentations using Power BI dashboards.

Job Description

• Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements. Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable to handle fast paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CAG, and other stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building project.
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Successfully completed at least two projects at the construction and handover stages.
