Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced professional with 15+ years in large-scale construction and an architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.

The role requires proven project handover experience and strong skills in BIM, EDMS, and data-driven presentations. The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of independent work, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building project.
• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Successfully completed at least three projects at the construction and handover stages.

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated and analytical; synthesize data from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications and statuses using BIM models and EDMS (Bentley ProjectWise); manage RFIs/RFAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels; strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Job Description

Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks. Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements. Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses. Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable to handle fast paced projects. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels. Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CAG, and other stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations.
