• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building and infrastructure project.
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Successfully completed at least one project at the construction and handover stages.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from CDE/EDMS/Primavera 6 to identify project coordination risks.
• Interpret technical drawings, specs and requirements; review RFI/RFA documentation.
• Review BIM models and EDMS statuses to track progress and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels and present data-driven insights.

Job description

Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera 6 to identify project coordination risks.

Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements. Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses.

Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable to handle fast paced projects.

Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.

Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CAG, and other stakeholders.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building and infrastructure project.

Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.

Successfully completed at least one project at the construction and handover stages.
