Job summary

P & T CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Architectural professional to support design development and project coordination.

You will contribute to conceptual, schematic, and construction designs, and prepare drawings, details, and specifications to align with project requirements. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of building regulations, and excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in a professional practice or project environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of building regulations, statutory requirements, and relevant codes of practice.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about architecture and design, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Demonstrates a strong design sensibility and an ability to uphold high standards of architectural quality.
• Proactive in promoting efficient and effective ways of working while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Associate/Director on design, technical coordination, and building code requirements.
• Assist the Project Associate in coordinating project activities and managing inputs from all involved parties.
• Assist in developing conceptual, schematic, detailed, and construction designs.
• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, details, specifications, schedules, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with the project team to translate architectural design intent into construction.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external project team members.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and authorities on architectural matters.
• Assist in preparing authority submissions, including plans, forms, and documents.
• Monitor project programme and timeline by tracking deliverables and milestones.
• Keep up to date with building regulations, authority requirements, and industry practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Architect/Associate or Project Director.

• Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the architectural design intent is properly translated into construction.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with internal and external members of the Project Team.
• Liaisewith consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities onarchitectural and technical matters.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating authority submissions, including plans, forms , and supporting documents.
• Monitor the overall project programme and timeline by tracking team deliverables , assessing progress, and ensuring project objectives and milestones are met.
• Keep up to date with relevant building regulations, authority requirements , construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
• Perform other architectural and project-related duties as assigned by the Project Architect/Associate or Project Director.
