Job summary

SUNDART ENGINEERING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a drafting professional to interpret architectural drawings and produce production drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.

The role requires meticulous attention to scale, dimensions, and coordination with contractors to meet project standards. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher, 3+ years’ experience, and familiarity with 5-star hotel projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in related subjects.
• Over 3 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; experience in 3D Studio Max, A.I., Photoshop is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
• Experience on 5-star hotel projects is preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural drawings.
• Prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD, Revit or other design modeling/coordination software to meet project requirements and company standards.
• Ensure materials and dimensions to scale; guide contractors on fabrication or construction.
• Perform any adhoc duties as assigned.
