Job summary
FORM Careers is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer or Architect for an established international practice in Singapore. The role entails leading projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients and consultants, and delivering high-quality design solutions for Southeast Asia.
The candidate will initially join a Data Centre project in Indonesia, with regular site travel and eventual integration into the Singapore studio.
Qualifications
- Architectural design and delivery process experience.
- Strong client, consultant and contractor liaison skills.
- Experience with Design & Build, Construction Management or Traditional contracts.
- Advanced BIM capabilities using Revit; familiarity with Rhino/Grasshopper is advantageous.
- Experience on Singapore/regional projects and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through to completion.
- Support delivery of major Data Centre/industrial projects.
- Travel to Indonesia for site-stage activities on a regular basis.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project resources.
- Produce design documentation and client presentations.
