Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize concept and schematic designs; feasibility studies and present proposals.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications.
• Competent in construction details and capable of design development.
• Knowledge of Authority codes and requirements.
• Liaise with clients on project-relevant issues.
• Coordinate and lead consultants and contractors.
• Lead and manage a team of architectural personnel.
• Oversee on-site progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure design quality.
