Job summary

Aedas is seeking an experienced Architect to develop and refine design and documentation from concept through construction. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver project components with increasing autonomy.

Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Develops and refines design and documentation.
Coordinates with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Delivers project components with growing autonomy and accountability.
Prepare and manage architectural drawings and documentation, including revisions.
Coordinate design input with consultants, contractors, and external design teams.
Participate in meetings and site visits.
Conduct compliance checks according to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support project leaders with change documentation.
