Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural/Engineering/ Construction or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in building construction with emphasis on high-end residential projects.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and documentation.
• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience coordinating across Structural, M&E, and ID disciplines.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Singapore PRs and Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the architectural coordination and installation on construction sites.
• Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for architectural issues on site and resolve disputes or challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align architectural plans with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of coordination activities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication to coordinate with clients and teams.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
