Job summary

TENON CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Architect Coordination lead responsible for aligning on-site works with design intent, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors and consultants, monitor quality, document changes, and resolve design challenges quickly to keep projects on schedule. A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture and 5+ years of experience are required, with proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural coordination for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate architectural works to align with project schedule, design, and specifications.
• Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance with design intent and building codes.
• Monitor on-site execution of architectural work ensuring quality, safety and conformity with specifications.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project records including drawings, design changes, site inspections, and progress reports.
• Identify and address design or construction challenges to avoid project delays.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to meet project requirements and standards.
