GAMMON PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to assist in coordinating design detailing between clients and consultants on major construction projects.

You will manage architectural drawings, shop drawings, samples, and materials, while supervising progress to minimize conflicts and ensure quality. A degree in architecture and 8+ years' experience with PPVC/PBU/MET projects is expected, with BIM proficiency and strong teamwork.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in architecture within construction projects.
• Experience with CONQUAS / quality management on PPVC, PBU or MET projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management and architectural trades.
• Strong eye for details in architectural shop drawings.
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Architectural / Design Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update shop drawings, samples, mockups, and materials; supervise progress to reduce conflicts.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and quality standards.
• Schedule architectural works, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision per master programme.
• Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals for smooth transition of works.
• Resolve site architectural issues and implement methods ensuring quality and productivity using BIM or equivalent.
• Liaise with client, consultants and subcontractors; conduct routine inspections of installed works.
• Prepare and coordinate quality management and CONQUAS assessments.
• Compile and hand over architectural documentation including as-built drawings.
