Gammon Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Architect to coordinate design detailing with clients and consultants in a fast-paced construction environment in Singapore.

The role requires 8+ years in architectural work within construction, with emphasis on shop drawings, quality management, and BIM proficiency. Data center project experience is advantageous; strong team collaboration is essential for successful, on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture; recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• 8+ years in architectural field within construction; CONQUAS/quality mgmt exp on PPVC, PBU or MET projects preferred.
• Data center experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in project management and architectural trades.
• Eye for details in architectural shop drawings.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, digital environment.
• QM project completion and CoreTrade Foreman/Supervisor qualification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Architectural / Design Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings, shop drawings, samples, mockups, and materials; supervise progress to alleviate conflicts.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and drawings for contract and procurement management.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specs and quality requirements.
• Schedule architectural works, material requisition, cost control, supervision and documentation per master programme.
• Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals for smooth transition of works.
• Resolve site architectural issues (discrepancies, method statements, correspondences) with BIM or equivalent methods.
• Liaise with client, consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspections of installed works.
• Prepare and coordinate quality management and CONQUAS assessments; compile as-built drawings.
