Job summary

LIAN BENG CONSTRUCTION (1988) PTE LTD is seeking a Design Coordinator to lead architectural coordination on condo projects. You will review drawings, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and assist with statutory approvals. Strong BIM skills and a pro-active problem-solving mindset are essential.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or related field and at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in ACAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Enscape is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years as Design/Architectural Coordinator on condo projects.
• Proficient in ACAD, Revit, Navisworks and Enscape.
• Familiar with URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks requirements.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction processes.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review architectural drawings for consistency and compliance.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Support in obtaining planning approvals (BP, TOP, CSC).
• Provide technical support and resolve design discrepancies on site.
• Maintain design change records and attend coordination meetings.
• Coordinate submission of materials and samples for approval.
• Coordinate BIM (Revit/Navisworks/Enscape) to detect clashes.
• Prepare as-built BIM model/drawings on project completion.
