Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Architect/Project Coordinator for a major hospital building project. The role focuses on coordinating architectural works, interfacing with structural and M&E trades, and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications on site.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, lead the architectural team, and monitor activities to meet quality and schedule targets in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural coordination / construction / site management.
• Experience with main contractors preferred.
• Hospital / healthcare project experience is advantageous; candidates from other large-scale building projects will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the architectural team to achieve project quality and programme targets.

Other Information

• Location: Depending on project
• Working hours: 5.5 Days
• Salary: up to S$12,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
