Job summary

GEMS PARTNERS NETWORK PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced architectural professional to lead project coordination across diverse sectors in Singapore.

You will manage day-to-day activities, liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, and ensure compliance with local codes and authority requirements. The role requires a degree in architecture, 8+ years of post-graduate experience, and strong BIM skills with familiarity in submission processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level architecture degree from BOA Singapore-registered institution.
• 8+ years post-graduate experience in relevant projects.
• Familiar with BIM workflows and authorities submission guidelines.
• Proficient with Autocad, Revit, SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project coordination across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential sectors.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-development, residential, healthcare, infrastructure etc.
• Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned.
• Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues.
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution under BOA Singapore
• Minimum 8 years post graduate experience
• Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
