Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an Architect / emerging Project Architect to operate at the crossroads of architectural design, BIM, digital delivery and project leadership. You will transform complex client and project challenges into integrated architectural and digital solutions while balancing design quality with cost, programme, risk and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Approximately 3-7 years of relevant architectural experience; exceptional candidates outside this range may be considered.
• Registered Architect with BOA Singapore, or a candidate actively progressing toward BOA registration.
• Completed or substantially participated in at least 1–2 full BIM project lifecycle from design through construction.
• Hands-on experience in design development, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation and construction-stage delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and contemporary BIM workflows.
• Practical experience coordinating architectural BIM with structural, MEP and specialist disciplines.
• Strong architectural judgement, communication, client-facing and project coordination skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect design and technology decisions to client outcomes.
• Renovation, refurbishment, AEI, adaptive reuse, building conversion or existing building experience.
• Green building, sustainability, energy retrofit or decarbonisation experience.
• Experience managing BIM deliverables from distributed or offshore teams.
• Exposure to Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, computational design, automation or AI-enabled architectural workflows.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles.
• Renovation, AEI, adaptive reuse, conversion or existing-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support architectural projects from concept design through documentation and construction.
• Lead client, consultant and contractor coordination appropriate to project scale.
• Diagnose client and project pain points and translate into integrated architectural and BIM delivery strategies.
• Establish BEP, information requirements, model coordination protocols and digital QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP and specialists.
• Orchestrate project work packages across Singapore and other offices while maintaining design intent.
• Identify how AI, automation and data can improve outcomes.
• Develop repeatable workflows that can become regional or global standards.
• Mentor and transfer digital capabilities to other teams; delegate workstream ownership.
• Support solution-led proposals and client conversations where digital capability adds value.

• You will lead by example on live work, establish digital delivery systems and mentor designers toward greater project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support architectural projects from concept design and design development through multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, tender and construction/completion.
• Lead client, consultant and contractor coordination appropriate to project scale and seniority.
• Diagnose underlying client, asset and project pain points and translate them into integrated architectural, BIM and AI-enabled delivery strategies.
• Establish BIM Execution Plans (BEP), information requirements, model coordination protocols and digital QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist BIM models and resolve multidisciplinary design issues.
• Orchestrate project work packages across Singapore and other offices while maintaining design intent, quality and accountability.
• Identify where AI, automation, data and computational methods can improve quality, speed, decision-making, productivity and client outcomes.
• Develop repeatable workflows that can become regional and global standards, templates and playbooks.
• Mentor and transfer digital capabilities to other teams; progressively delegate workstream and meeting ownership.
• Support solution-led proposals and client conversations where digital capability can unlock higher-value outcomes.

• Completed or substantially participated in at least 1~2 full BIM project lifecycle from design through construction/completion.
