Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture; registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM-based architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, drawings and construction practices.
• Proficiency in 3D software: Microstation, Revit, Photoshop and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept to handover.
• Oversee construction documentation and design implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
